I was delighted that my pitch won the tender for the Scottish Book Trust’s ‘Scottish Children’s Book Awards’ graphic design work.

Working to the SBT’s brand guidelines, I created the look for the award’s information, publicity and voting packs. The project covered the design of posters, a bookmark, a children’s activity book, voting slips, a guide for teachers, book stickers and certificates for voters and authors in each category. My designs were based on the colour coding of each age category, along with a set of icon designs to clearly illustrate each stage of the voting process.

Since working on this project back in 2014, Scottish Book Trust have become one of my main clients. As well as updating the book awards designs each year I also produce a whole range of graphics for their children’s packs and other campaigns.
