The transaction data may include your name, your contact details, your payment card details (or other payment details) and the transaction details. (d) communication data will be retained for a minimum period of 1 year following the date of the communication in question, and for a maximum period of 30 years following that date;
(e) usage data will be retained for 30 years following the date of collection
5.4 Notwithstanding the other provisions of this Section 7, we may retain your personal data where such retention is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject, or in order to protect your vital interests or the vital interests of another natural person.
