Welcome to the Resources section

As a graphic designer and illustrator, I often get questions or requests from clients that lead to me writing a lengthy email explaining a certain subject. “Is this the right logo file?”; “What exactly is a vector?”; “Are these photos good enough to print?”.

Sometimes I find myself re-writing the same things and trying to remember what I said last time or what pages I linked to.

I had the idea to make some PDFs explaining common subjects that come up, but then thought a blog on my website would be a much better solution. Here I can post articles in one location and keep them up to date. If a subject comes up, then I can just point the client here. Or maybe you’re working with another designer and don’t understand the terminology they’re using – if so, this might help explain things and improve your client-designer relationship.

It may take time for me to add these articles as I should be busy working, but I’ll try to gradually create and upload more of these so that there’s a whole knowledge base here to keep you clued up.
